My first wedding of 2022, and I couldn’t have asked for a better start to the new year.

Meagan and Jared reached out to me back in April of 2021. The moment I read their inquiry, I knew we’d click. Fast forward to their engagement session, I was right! They were the most down to earth, easy going, and sweetest people ever. I felt like I’d known them for awhile already.

Meagan and Jared’s wedding day took place at the beautiful Mountain House Estate in Cloverdale, CA. The moment I walked in I was greeted with a huge, warm welcome. I instantly felt like I was there just photographing my close friends wedding. It was a perfect day, start to finish, and there were lots of tears, start to finish. They started with Meagan and her bridesmaids. We had to rush through their individual portrait shots because the mascara was starting to run! Then, almost everyone during the ceremony. Both Jared and Kinsey (bridesmaid) face’s when Meagan walked down that aisle – wait until you see that precious photo. I think almost every specialty dance had tears, from both Meagan and Jared, and most guests watching. And if you couldn’t guess by now, yes, the speeches had tears too. I can’t count how many times I had hold back my own!

Meagan and Jared, thank you so much for trusting me to document one of the most important days of your lives. I had the best time and couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day to start the new year. I truly hope I get to see you both again, maybe at Moonrocks 😉
